| | OMG! Good episode tonight. Very good, although it started offa little slow. I can see what they meant by "more consequences oriented this season." They're not so concerned about the Nerve Gas as they are the possibility of a high-placed mole or traitor at the White House.
This would be a lot more interesting if Palmer were still president, but whatever. Logan is SUCH a weasel! I like his wife, though. Too bad no one believes her.
And TONY was on tonight! I mean, he was just lying there on a bed, but still! TONY!
TONY!
Anyway, my predictions for the future (it should be fun to read back later and see what I got right and what I screwed up!):
-Novick saves Jack's life. The preview showed them taking Jack into custody on the president's orders...but maybe this is before Logan learns about Walt? The editing made it seem like it was after, but it could well be before. Either way, I think Novick will do something to save Jack, at least temporarily, sort of in memory of David Palmer. God, I miss that guy.
-Not really a prediction, but something I think would be cool....if, towards the very end, Jack and Tony find the people who framed him, and thereby killed Michelle, and they're the only two there? If Jack sort of "looked the other way" while Tony killed whoever was responsible...that would be awesome. Unfortunately for us, I think this may be Tony's last season. Unless he decides to go back to work, since he no longer has to give it up for Michelle. Hmm....
-Logan does something asinine. OK, that's a pretty safe bet...
-That chick who escorted Jack back to CTU comes back to be more important. Come on, they don't just let one episode characters have actual conversations like that!
-Jack and Audrey get back together. I never thought I'd say it, but...I hope so! I'm actually kind of liking her this season. and I hope they bring Heller back, too.
